The HS...N1Z is a high-capacity, single-row, four-point contact slewing ring bearing featuring an internal gear. Manufactured by Kaydon bearing, the HS series utilizes a heavy-duty rectangular ring cross-section. This design maximizes structural stiffness and delivers up to twice the moment load capacity of similarly sized flanged bearings (such as the RK series) within the exact same space constraints. The inner and outer tracks form a V-shaped point profile. This single-row deep groove ball line captures forces arriving from four contact vector lines simultaneously. It features a rugged spur gear machined natively into the inner perimeter. The gearing uses the standard Involute Stub tooth profile to resist high bending stresses during heavy starts and stops. Material : Manufactured from 42CrMo or 50Mn forged alloy steel with internal carbon-chrome steel balls and Nitrile Rubber (NBR) seals.
