These bearing is a pre-assembled, full-complement four-row linear recirculating ball bearing monorail guidance system. Four rows of recirculating balls are arranged at a 45-degree contact angle. This allows the carriage to support equal loads from all radial directions (downward, upward, and lateral forces). The wide spatial O-arrangement of the ball tracks gives the carriage extreme resistance against pitch, roll, and yaw torque forces. Material : The assembly is manufactured from high-grade, induction-hardened high-alloy carbon tool steel (typically DIN 100Cr6 / AISI 52100).
