These bearing is a heavy-duty, high-rigidity linear guidance assembly consisting of a single profile rail with two factory-mounted carriages. The KUSE series is characterized by its six-row linear recirculating ball bearing design, engineered for high load-carrying capacity, minimal stroke pulsation. The six internal rows of balls are divided into a specialized X- and O-arrangement combination. This permits the system to absorb uniform forces from all orthogonal directions (compression, tension, and lateral loads) alongside high pitch, yaw, and roll moments. The full-complement ball structure maximizes contact surfaces. Material : High-carbon chromium rolling element steel (through-hardened balls) and induction-hardened martensitic tool steel (rail and carriage bodies).
