These bearing is a complete cast iron take-up housing assembly engineered by INA. It is specifically designed to function as an integrated bearing system that combines structural support with belt/chain tensioning capabilities. It features a heavy-duty take-up housing unit. The frame contains guide slots on the sides, allowing the entire block to slide linearly along a rail or frame to adjust shaft positioning or belt tension. The unit serves as a standard belt/chain tensioner component. By adjusting the linear positioning of the take-up housing, operators can easily control or correct slack in conveyor belts or power transmission systems. Material : The housing is made of high-grade cast iron, and the internal bearing is made of fully-hardened chromium steel.
