The MGW...H is a high-precision, miniature wide linear guideway block manufactured by HIWIN. Belonging to the MG series, it features a specialized Gothic arch contact design that can sustain loads from all directions while offering high rigidity against moment loads. Because it belongs to the "W" (Wide) variant, its expanded width significantly increases torque load capacities, making it perfect for single-axis applications with tight space restrictions. The steel balls contact the rail at a 45-degree Gothic arch profile. This geometry ensures the block handles equal load ratings from all four directions (radial, reverse-radial, and lateral). The block incorporates a miniature wire retainer system. This prevents the stainless steel balls from falling out if the block is accidentally removed from the rail during installation or maintenance.
