These bearing is a highly specialized, stud-type guide roller (also classified as a belt tension pulley or nip roller) designed by the INA. Instead of a traditional inner ring with a bore hole, this bearing incorporates an integrated solid mounting stud or fixing screw mechanism. This allows it to be cantilever-mounted directly onto machine frames or tensioning arms. The outer ring is purposely optimized to withstand heavy radial forces and constant contact pressure against belts, bands, or textile tapes without deforming.Material : Made entirely from through-hardened, high-chromium carbon bearing steel (100Cr6 / SAE 52100) with an internal steel cage.
