BEARING INSERT NO= VS-220. The VTWS is a standard-duty, wide-slot take-up mounted ball bearing unit manufactured by Browning. This industrial component is designed for conveyor systems where shaft positioning, belt tensioning, and tracking adjustments are required. Uses two setscrews positioned exactly 120 degrees apart on the inner ring. This creates a balanced three-point contact design that minimizes inner ring distortion, stabilizes the shaft, and reduces structural vibration. Material : Durable cast iron housing (epoxy powder-coated), high-carbon 52100 bearing steel, and a single-lip elastomer contact seal paired with a black-oxide steel external flinger.
