BEARING INSERT NO= VS-114. The VTWS is a wide-slot take-up mounted ball bearing assembly manufactured by Browning. It consists of a pre-matched housing unit and a heavy-duty ball bearing insert designed for industrial machinery. Two diamond-faceted setscrews are spaced exactly 120 degrees apart on the inner ring. This balanced placement delivers high holding power and minimizes shaft distortion under heavy loads. The extended collar remains softer and ductile so the setscrews can bite deeply into the shaft without cracking the collar. Material :It features a rugged cast iron housing, a synthetic rubber single-lip contact seal with a black-oxide steel flinger, and a high-grade 52100 chrome steel internal bearing element.
