BEARING INSERT NO= VE-216. The VTWE is a heavy-duty mechanical take-up mounted ball bearing unit engineered by Browning. It regulates belt tension, tracks alignment, and dampens vibrations on industrial conveyor systems. Employs an asymmetrical locking ring that grips the shaft securely in the direction of rotation without damaging the steel. Material : Cast iron housing (epoxy powder-coated) with a 52100 chrome steel bearing, secured by synthetic rubber contact seals and a black oxide flinger. Features are : Extended Inner Ring, Zone-Hardened Inner Race, Anti-Rotation Pin, Pre-Lubricated & Re-lubricable Port, Spherical Self-Alignment, Super-Finished Raceways, Non-Expansion (Fixed) Constraint, Maximum Limiting Speed, Operating Temperature, Replacement Bearing Insert.
