BEARING INSERT NO= VS-35. The VTBS is a tapped-base pillow block ball bearing unit primarily used for industrial conveyor tensioning and power transmission applications. Manufactured under the Browning brand, it is engineered to support rotating shafts using a standard-duty setup. Features a spherical outer ring geometry nestled within a machined internal housing seat. This structural allowance compensates for up to ±1.5 degrees of static angular misalignment stemming from structural framework flexing or baseline mounting errors. Material : The housing is made of one-piece epoxy-coated cast iron, while the internal rolling components are forged from premium 52100 high-carbon chrome steel.
