BEARING INSERT NO= VE-116. The VTBE is a premium, light-duty tapped-base pillow block ball bearing unit. Manufactured by Browning, this component is designed for industrial applications requiring reliable shaft support in compact spaces. Uses an eccentric locking collar. The collar features an asymmetrical recess that mates with the inner ring of the bearing. Turning the collar in the direction of shaft rotation tightly wedges the assembly onto the shaft, backed by a precision-ground setscrew. Material : Durable powder-coated epoxy cast iron housing paired with a high-carbon 52100 chrome steel bearing insert.
