BEARING INSERT NO= VS-20. The VPS series is a premium, standard normal-duty cast iron two-bolt pillow block ball bearing engineered by Browning. Designed for reliable industrial power transmission and mechanical shaft guidance, it integrates high-strength housing with a high-performance rolling element insert. Purpose-built primarily to manage heavy radial loads, with light-to-moderate simultaneous axial (thrust) load capacity. Material : The unit features a rugged gray cast iron housing coated in protective epoxy, paired with a precision internal bearing made from high-carbon 52100 chrome steel. Features are : Static Self-Alignment, Anti-Rotation Rivet System, Single Lip Contact Seal and Flinger, Maintenance & Lubrication, Axial Positioning, Black Oxide Surface Treatment, Optimized High-Temperature Limit.
