BEARING INSERT NO= VB-220. The VFBB is a high-performance, standard-duty ball bearing unit configured as a three-bolt flange bracket mount. It is manufactured by Browning and engineered to provide rigorous radial shaft support in material handling, fan drives, and power transmission assemblies. Utilizes a precision ground collar that squeezes uniformly around the full 360-degree circumference of the shaft. This eliminates the shaft marring common with standard set-screws, dampens vibration, and keeps the assembly perfectly centered at high speeds. Material : It features a rugged cast iron housing with a gray powder-coat epoxy finish, enclosing a high-grade 52100 bearing steel insert protected by a durable Nitrile rubber and contact lip seal and a steel flinger. Features are : Anti-Rotation Rivet, Integrated Housing Lubrication Grooves, Wide Thermal Tolerance Window, Self-Aligning Capability, Non-Expansion Design, Operating Temperature Limits, Maximum Rated Speed.
