Details

BEARING INSERT NO= VE-216. The VF4E is a normal-duty, four-bolt square flange bearing unit manufactured by Browning. It features an eccentric locking collar and a relubricatable ball bearing insert for moderate industrial applications. Eccentric self-locking collar designed to automatically tighten in the direction of shaft rotation. The outer surface of the bearing insert and the inner cavity of the housing are spherically machined. This allows the internal bearing to pivot up to ±1.5 degrees to automatically correct for minor shaft misalignments or frame warping.Material : Cast iron with a powder coat epoxy housing enclosing premium, black-oxide treated 52100 chrome steel rolling components secured by an engineered nylon cage and nitrile rubber seals.
