BEARING INSERT NO= VE-120S. The VF2E is an eccentric two-bolt mounted flange ball bearing unit manufactured by Browning brand. It is designed for intermediate-duty applications requiring reliable shaft support. A gripping mechanism designed to secure tighter against the shaft as the rotation operates in its primary direction. The housing inner bore is spherically machined to match the outer ring of the insert. This geometry allows the assembly to dynamically self-align up to ±1.5 degrees during installation to accommodate slight shaft deflections or structural misalignments. Material : It features a rugged one-piece cast iron housing paired with a 52100 high-carbon chrome steel bearing insert.
