Details

The VE is a Intermediate-duty mounted ball bearing insert configured with an eccentric locking collar. Produced by Browning brand, this single-row radial insert is engineered as a drop-in replacement component for pre-assembled industrial bearing units. Utilizes a mating asymmetrical collar and inner ring extension. When rotated in the direction of the shaft's movement, it binds tightly to the shaft without the need for high-torque setscrews. Material : Constructed from high-carbon 52100 chrome bearing steel with a fiberglass-reinforced nylon cage and a nitrile rubber contact seal treated with a black oxide finish. Features are : Anti-Rotation Pin, Single-Lip Contact Seal with Flinger, Relubrication Groove & Hole, Spherical Outer Diameter, Shock-Load Resistance, Vibration Dampening, Super-Finished Raceways, Maximum Rotational Speed, Temperature Operational Range.
