BEARING INSERT NO= LS-114. The SSF3TS is a light duty, three-bolt stamped steel triangular flange ball bearing unit. Manufactured under the Browning , it functions as an anti-friction assembly to support rotating shafts under radial loads. Utilizes a dual setscrew mechanism set at a 120-degree angle. The screws bite firmly into the shaft to prevent rotational slippage and axial migration. Features a localized heat-treatment process where the setscrew threads remain ductile to prevent cracking, while the ball raceways are hardened to maximize wear resistance. Material : Zinc-plated stamped steel housing with a 52100 chrome steel bearing, protected by a rubber lip contact seal and metal flinger.
