BEARING INSERT NO= SLRS-108. The RUBRS is a light-duty, rubber-mounted cylindrical cartridge ball bearing. Manufactured by Browning, it is specifically engineered for air handling and industrial machinery where vibration isolation and noise reduction are required. Encased in a one-piece, cylindrical outer-diameter rubber grommet that fits snugly inside specialized equipment brackets (such as spider-mount fan brackets) to physically isolate shaft vibrations. Material : constructed from a 52100 high-carbon chrome steel inner and outer ring, a fiberglass-reinforced nylon cage, a one-piece synthetic NBR rubber dampening jacket, and a protective single-lip rubber contact seal.
