The LS is a light-duty mounted ball bearing insert engineered for reliable performance in mechanical motion applications. Designed with a narrow inner ring profile, a straight bore, and a spherical outer race, it acts as a self-aligning component typically seated inside stamped steel or cast iron housing blocks.Crowned exterior allows the insert to dynamically pivot and self-align up to ±2° inside matching cast or stamped steel housings. Material : The bearing is made of high-carbon 52100 chrome steel with a rust-resistant black oxide coating and features internal fiberglass-reinforced nylon and nitrile rubber components.
