The LRS is a specialized, industrial-grade ball bearing insert manufactured by Browning Brand. It functions as a replacement insert inside light-duty mounted bearing assemblies, providing dependable shaft support in clean or light-particle mechanical environments. The spherical shape of the outer ring can pivot within its housing up to ±1.5 degrees to accommodate minor mounting imbalances, frame flexing, or shaft deviations. Material : Constructed from high-purity, vacuum-degassed 52100 chrome steel for its hard-wearing raceways and Grade 10 balls, paired with a ductile zone-hardened collar, a low-friction glass-reinforced nylon cage, and protective nitrile rubber contact seals.
