The GZD is a high-rigidity, ultra-heavy-load roller linear guide block manufactured by AZI. The "GZD" series represents specialized high-end variants derived from their standard heavy-load rolling linear guide technologies. Unlike standard ball-bearing guides, the GZD series utilizes cylindrical rolling elements. The contact interface between the rollers and the precision-ground raceway is linear rather than point-contact. This design maximizes load-bearing surface area, eliminating elastic deformation under stressful forces.The rollers are configured at a 45° contact angle relative to the internal rail raceways. This setup ensures equal load capacity in all four primary directions: radial, reverse-radial, and both lateral side-to-side directions. Material : Constructed from high-rigidity bearing steel and features end caps with integrated dust-proof rubber seals to prevent contamination.
