THREAD=M8x1. The GZB...BAL is a precision Heavy-Load Roller Linear Motion Guide (LMG) carriage block manufactured by AZI. The GZB series replaces traditional rolling balls with cylindrical rollers. This shifts the mechanics from a point-contact system to a linear-contact line, resulting in massive upgrades to component stiffness, load-bearing thresholds, and travel accuracy. The internal cylindrical rollers are arranged precisely at a 45-degree uniform contact angle relative to the internal rail raceways. This symmetrical layout yields identical high load-bearing performance regardless of the forces applied-whether radial (downward force), reverse-radial (lifting force), or lateral (sideways forces). Material : Constructed using heavy-duty hardened Chrome Steel (GCr15 / 100Cr6) to guarantee wear resistance.
