Details

These bearing is an Askubal spherical bearing with roller bearings. These bearing is a ready-to-fit bearing element that uses barrel roller bearings instead of a plain sliding surface. This design makes its function comparable to self-aligning ball bearings or spherical roller bearings. It is particularly effective for use with alternating loads, large swivel movements, and full rotations at medium to high speeds. The spherical outer ring raceway and barrel rolling elements allow for angular adjustment, enabling it to compensate for misalignments between the shaft and the housing without creating edge pressure. Its dimensions comply with DIN ISO 12240-4 dimension series K. Material : The inner ring, outer ring, and barrel rolling elements are all made from through-hardened, high-precision machined antifriction bearing steel. The retainer (cage) is constructed from a robust synthetic material.
