This is a take-up unit, designed to be mounted within an adjustable frame assembly. This allows for easy adjustments to shaft centers and belt tension in conveyor systems. The housing is made of lightweight and durable black PBT thermoplastic, a material highly resistant to moisture, chemicals, and UV rays. The unit insert, features Kanigen (electroless nickel) plating on the bearing steel for enhanced corrosion protection.
