BEARING = UC206-19MZ2, HOUSING = P206NP. The UCP series is a nickel-plated, pillow block ball bearing unit manufactured by AMI Bearings. It is designed for standard-duty applications and features a set-screw locking mechanism. The nickel plating ("NP") provides corrosion resistance. Material : Set-screw locking, wide inner ring, made from AISI 52100 steel with zinc protection with the housing made from nickel-plated cast iron for better protection against corrosion. The UCP series is a corrosion-resistant pillow block bearing ideal for environments requiring elevated hygiene or resistance to light corrosives (owing to its nickel-plated housing). It retains the reliable performance of the UCP200 series - with strong load capacity, easy relubrication, and standard dimensions - while offering enhanced durability and longevity in tougher conditions.
