SGR-128.7-2A4 is an Aegis SGR Shaft Grounding Ring designed for use on motor shafts. Specifically, it's for shafts with a diameter between 5.106" and 5.145". This ring helps to prevent damage to the motor bearings caused by electrical currents, particularly those induced by variable frequency drives (VFDs). 

The SGR-128.7-2A4 ring provides a path for electrical currents to safely bypass the motor's bearings, preventing electrical discharge machining (EDM) damage.
