Pneumatic & Manual Caliper Brakes

Pneumatic Caliper Brakes are designed for applications which use air pressure to operate the braking system. All Coremo Caliper brakes can be fitted with a wear indicator and an on/off indicator device to protect the system during operation. The brake can be installed in any position since it has a lever balancing and lining pad alignment system (depending on type).

Hydraulic Brakes

Hydraulic Brakes are designed to provide a simple and fast solution to the safety requirements of a wide range of industrial applications. Available with levered or direct thruster, either oil or spring applied, these brakes are designed to allow multiple configurations and maximum customization.

Small Pneumatic Brakes & Clutches

SB&TB brakes are combinable pneumatic braking units that provide an efficient and reconfigurable system over time. Available in both positive and negative versions for safety applications, these brakes are distinguished by their high versatility and simplicity during assembly and maintenance.

Fan Cooled Brakes

"Modulo" Brakes: high fan ventilation, high thermal dissipation and Kevlar pads. These brakes are particularly suitable for unwinding and winding applications with maximum speeds of 2,670 rpm.

Air Tube Design Clutches & Brakes

Water Cooled Brakes

Water cooled high heat dissipation brakes and clutches: water cooling system + high heat dissipation + multidisc system + air tube design. High Torque Range up to 51.000 Nm

Double Ventilated Brakes.

Double ventilated disc and special membrane sensitive to slightest pressure changes. Braking force 0.25[Nm] to 1120[Nm].

DISCS

In its product range Coremo can supply cast iron hat discs as well as steel flat discs, with or without hub. Such discs are available in standard version or customized in dimensions and machining.
