BECO-ITALY

BECO bearings, established in Italy, have been manufacturing extreme and high temperature bearings for special environments and working conditions for over 20 years. Continually developing new products to cover the increasing demands of production facilities and industry their range includes bearings which can operate from artic conditions of -120º up to +450º for brick kilns and steel furnaces.

BECO's product range includes maintenance free deep groove ball bearings, with Viton seals and special compound greases, stainless steel bearings and components, trolley wheels, and pillow blocks, which are specially coated and treated so that they can work in temperatures up to and over 320°.

BECO bearings set the standard for high temperature and extreme condition bearings – working in industries such as food & beverage, steel, paper, pharmaceutical, packaging, and applications such as fans, ovens, furnaces, & kilns.

• Bearing BHTS ZZ C4 200°

The BHTS ZZ C4 200° ball bearings are developed based on the structure of a standard bearing but with appropriate treatment of stabilization, radial clearance, greases and ZZ shields which make them suitable for operation from -30° to +200°.

Alternative to : SNR: FT 150 ZZ - HT 200 ZZ SKF : ZZ C3 GJN NTN : TS3 C4.

• Bearing BHTS 2RS C4 VT 200°

The BHTS 2RS C4 VT 200° are designed based on the dimensions of a standard bearing but with appropriate treatment of stabilization, radial clearance, greases and special Viton plates which make them suitable to operate from 30 to 200 °.

Alternative to : SNR: FT 150 - HT 200 SKF : ZZ C3 GJN NTN : TS3 C4 FAG: S0 - S1.

• Bearing BHTS ZZ 280°               

The BHTS ZZ 280° ball bearings are designed on the dimensions of a standard bearing but with treatments of stabilization, surface treatment, radial clearance, grease and special shield that make them suitable for operation from -30° to +280°.

Alternative to : SNR: F604 SKF : VA 201 ZZ - VA 216 FAG: S2 - S3 SWC : HT ZZ.

• Bearing BHTS VT 250°-280°

The BHTS VT 250°-280° ball bearings are designed on the dimensions  2 of a standard bearing but with treatments of stabilization, surface treatment, radial clearance, greases and special Viton seals  which make  them  suitable for operation from -30 ° to  between +250° and +280°.

• Bearing BHTS ZZ GR CG 350°

The BHTS ZZ GR CG 350° ball bearings are designed on the dimensions of a standard bearing but with treatments of stabilization, surface treatment, radial clearance and a special cage made of graphite, which make them suitable for operation from -50 ° to +350°.

Alternative to : SKF : VA 228 / VA 208.

• Bearing BHT 330°

The BHT 320°-350° ball bearings are designed on the dimensions of a standard bearing but with treatments of stabilization, surface treatment, radial clearance and molybdenum grease that make them suitable for operation from -30° to +330°.

Alternative to : SNR: F600 SKF : VA 201 Open - FAG: S2 - S3 SWC : HT Open.

• Bearing BHT FB 400°

The BHT FB 400° bearings are designed on the dimensions of a standard bearing but with treatments of stabilization, surface treatment, radial clearance and full ball fitting that make them suitable for operation from -30° to +400°.

•  BLS ZZ -7°

The BLS ZZ -7'° bearings are developed based on the structure of a standard  bearing  but with appropriate treatments of stabilisation, radial clearance, grease and ZZ shields that make them suitable for operation from -70° to +100°. Their application range is extremely wide and covers many areas; in particular, the BLS ZZ -70° allows an exceptional range of safety in all applications where they can also occur temporarily and for reasons not dependant on the will of the design, temperatures particularly low.

• Ball Bearings in Stainless Steel  BSS 2RS

The BSS 2RS bearings are made of hardened stainless steel for all the rotational parts and AISI 304 for the protection and the cage.

The construction in tempered stainless steel provides excellent results in applications mildly aggressive and is not recommended for use in the presence of acids, salts, sea water, etc.

The BSS 2RS bearings are successful in many applications especially in the presence of weather conditions, making them an excellent solution for the realisation of sliding glass doors for outside.

The presence of 2RS protection and suitable grease allows the direct use in applications without additional protection.
